About CDH Affiliation
The CDH has a number of community-based, government/policy based and research focused affiliates. CDH affiliates are located at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the Medical College of Wisconsin, and at other institutions across the nation.

Benefits of Affiliation
CDH affiliates:- Are invited to and also present at our minority health, health disparity and intercultural communication-focused seminars and brownbag sessions
- Receive assistance with specific research grant applications
- Receive the quarterly Minority Health Report newsletter
- Are eligible for available CDH pilot research project funding
- Have access to CDH staff expertise and resources, including data analysis, statistical and program evaluation support.

To apply for affiliate status, please send your current CV, along with a brief Statement of Interest (focused on your interests in minority health, health disparities, cultural competence, community-based participatory research and/or the training of future or practicing health care providers) to the CDH at cdh@hslc.wisc.edu.
