This course is led by Gladys Benevides, a recognized expert in Civil Rights law and Affirmative Action. Ms. Benevides has a wide breadth of experience providing advice and counsel to organizations nationally, including federal, state and local agencies/departments. She is actively involved in issues and concerns related to human resources, workforce development, employment relations, client services and community/public relations. Ms. Benevides has served as the Director/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer of the Affirmative Action/Civil Rights Compliance Office in the Division of Management and Technology with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services.
